The heart of The Modern Day Witch is rooted in a deep belief: true wellness begins with a holistic approach — one that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. Over the years, I’ve learned that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and the most powerful transformation comes when we honor the whole self.

I’m a certified practitioner in Crystal Healing, Chakra Balancing, and Holistic Herbal Healing, and I also hold certifications in Guided Meditation and Yoga. These tools allow me to create meaningful, energetically aligned offerings for our shop and community.
